Softener( Cooker )
The crushed beans enter the softening kettle through the air lock, and are softened for a long time at a low temperature. The softening time is about 90 minutes, and the temperature is 80-90ºC by circulating hot water. Using hot water heating, it is easier to control the softening temperature of soybeans and reduce the loss of water-soluble nitrogen. The discharge door of this softening kettle adopts the self-control discharge door which is of our mature technology. The material level of this layer is controlled by the material level of this layer, and the crushed beans gradually descend from the upper layer to the lower layer to avoid some of the soybeans are not softened well when the equipment start up. The softened soybeans enter the aspirator again to separate the hulls and kernels, and fully remove the bean hulls in the crushed beans. The aspirator uses the air from the drying tower to ensure the temperature of the crushed beans before flaking, and then enter the flaker. The soybean flakes are then delivered through scraper to the extracting plant.

Features of kernel and husk separator
Inverter-driven feeding device is able to ensure even distribution of materials. An air-lock valve is installed at the feeder to guarantee normal feeding. Generally, soybeans or other seeds will be thrown against each other from various directions, which results in intense collision. Hence, hulling efficiency is highly improved. Furthermore, wind and mixture of kernel and husk run towards each other to ensure full contact, thus significantly improving husk removal efficiency. A vision glass is also equipped on the separator for real time observation of hulling and separating process.

Features of Flaking Mill
The flaking mill features user friendliness, stable performance and easy maintenance. It is able to ensure automatic control of material level, inverter-driven feeding mode and uniform material layout. It is fitted with a reversible powerful magnet, thus making it convenient to remove impurities attached to the magnet. Flakes obtained features equal thickness, which is in range of 0.25 to 0.35mm.
